José and Kerry met and fell in love whilst working at English National Ballet. They were unified by their shared interest in dance education and inspired by each other’s differing and varied paths through their ballet careers. Uniquely, they both enjoyed many years of qualified ballet teaching in educational and professional settings alongside their "on stage" lives.

It was abundantly clear to both that dancers at any stage of their ballet journey would benefit from a heightened level of individual support, to help them make better decisions and thrive as artists.

Raw Talent was born and the team has grown to offer performance coaching consultations, specialist contemporary movement coaching and holiday courses. Many years later, they savor watching their students/alumni perform with The Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and other world class companies.
